This would be a cool thing to do for a special event kind of thing.
Imagine setting up a "mission" where your POB is being used as the meeting place for a number of "high-ups". As an example, let's go with a number of Rebel Alliance commanding officers, meeting to plan a series of attacks on Imperial Bases. The mission, would take place starting from one starport, head out into space, declare at a Rebel Station, Hyperspace to another region, perhaps jump into Deep Space or Kessel, fly through one or two Waypoints and then Hyper out and land at some other starport.
The Nova would house it's crack crew of pilot, co-pilot, gunners and multiple combat engineers. In the main meeting room, at the front of the ship with the windows opening into space, the delegates could be discussing the plans. These delegates could be as few as three and as many as the ship can handle.
Surrounding the ship, in formation, would be a smattering of Rebel Starfighters. An A-Wing Interceptor or two, a few X-Wing escorts, one or two Y-Wing 2-Seaters or even Longprobes and maybe a few Heavy Z-95s.
Then, the whole group could head on out and have the "Rebel Alliance Meeting", which could end up being a heckuva lot more exciting then simply holding such a meeting in the basement of someone's Guildhall with no fear of being attacked...
