How many can you fit in the decimator?
what about a yt-1300?
and what about the reb equivalent?

i'd guess 8, but not sure, perhaps test with a SP full of people or summin

well, chop chop, bstrike that vette lol, if your imp, if not send someone up to do all the work then hyper in for the bridge, well, thats how i helped about 6 people get ace in my 1st week as ace anyways

i may have to try that lol, just invite everyone in an crammed SP lol, how laggy would your ship be with 20+ people in it lol

You can fill a full (pre-CU) group of people into your POB ship. 20 people.

Actually, they upped it to 30 when they fixed the 8 player limit accidentally imposed by the CU.

by accident, I mean the effect the change had on space and entertainment was accidental.

One thing that might be fun to do is take a group that is split 8 Imp and 8 Reb PvP'rs up along with a pilot and flight officer for each group.
Have each group battle on board the ship for a set ammount of time and the victorious side gets bragging rights and use of the ship for a pre-arranged length of time and the loosing side gets to spend the same set amount of time in the ships "brig".
The Y-8 would be great for this except for the ganking that would happen around the elevators.
I don't know if PvP is even possible on multi player ships like the Y-8 or the YT but it might provide for a fun player operated mini-battleground as long as everybodt plays fair.
Just an idea. Someone might want to chew on it or not.
