The ISD these days is easier to take out and easier to not get killed by enemy players because the lag acts as an unnatural deterrant to most would be attackers and the fact you get so much lag, I find I don't even have to manouver and the ISD can't hit me most of the time. Back when it had blindspots, sure you could make use of them, but the thing is, if you wanted fun, you didn't and sittng in blindspot was always a good way of being caught unawares when an Imp decided to zone in on you.
I do agree though, boost the hitpoints for each part so they take some real grinding down and beef up the damage of those turbolasers. I want to be seriously fried when even taking a glancing blow from one of those things. Rather than having all those guns going off, the blindspot 'exploit' could easily be taken care of too if they kept a frequent spawn of 20/30 Tier 5 TIES which possibly too had more firepower than your average tier 5.
