Sure, it might take a while, but you don't want to waste a 1xx.x engine. Get the drain down into the 13xx range, too.

74? 74???I looted level 8 engines over the weekend that had YPR hovering around, get this,63. The drop rates on good YPR level 8 engines is extremely low now. I was happy to get a 71.6 yaw the other day. It was the only useful level 8 engine I have ever looted. I think I would die of old age waiting for a 74 yaw rate level 8 engine to drop. At this rate my QID will never be RE'd.

It always does, just like my paranoia/patience brought about the fixing of the drain bug. I still need to find a 74.0+ pitch L8 to feel content with REing mine, possibly a lower mass one, too.
...I STILL think this is gonna be the prelude to a WO3 fix, though. Not that that would be a BAD thing, I just expect it to be a stealth fix.

HP/Armor: 817 (reward engine)
Drain: 1447 (need serious improvement, i want sub 1400 before i RE)
Mass: 22991 (pretty pleased with this)
Pitch: 74.8 (delighted with this, didn't loot it myself, but will get me over 78 when i RE)
Yaw: 73.1 (happy enough with this, this was my bench mark, as soon as i get a Roll over 73, i'm going to be REing)
Roll: 71.7 (not good enough frankly, this and the drain are holding me back from Reing)
Speed: 99.9 (got to love those QID's.
)So this should slip very nice into my JSF/A wing.
Working on my L10 for my Vaksai/Heavy X wing is causing more problems. Finding a decent speed is proving to be nigh on impossible.
And I thought my QID was good...
Best I did was 79 post re pitch on my old one which Risian now owns. My current one is 20k mass though and 105.9 speed.
Must...start new QID project...
