I believe he's talking about the "backflip" maneuver - where the PYR is so high that you can literally perform a 180-degree change-of-aspect in a VERY short amount of time.
I personally wouldn't feel right putting a 1.4 PYR mod on a post-nerf L8 reward - 92.9 combined with 77.8+ would just be too hard to control - you have to have SOME sense of circulatory movement.

This is the reason I like the A-wing, and to a lesser extent, the Vaksai as you can do these types of hard turns at near to full throttle and you wont be as much of a sitting duck.
