Thread: Focus thead: bugs within specific missions. 2/2005
RSF final battle is this ever going to be fixed or are we suposed to find a load of people to help with it
the extra forces that you are given just sit there and do nothing not even considered targets
this has been broken a long time getting sick of trying to do this mission
it wouldnt be so bad if people still played jtl I find it very rare to run into another person at all
let alone the 5 or 6 it might take to kill off 2 gunboats
Inquisition Tier 3 mission 1
helping a friend do this and we got to the part were you have to dock some imp freighter and deliver some stuff and the ship denies the request to dock (in yavin after you disable the mercenary spy). helped him do this 2 times and the same thing happens.
Not sure if this is a bug or not, but it sure is a pain.
I'm a Rebel Pilot, who has recently returned for another few months of pure frustration at the hands of SOE. My problem is that I've somehow lost the WP to this mission during my time off away from the game. I've tried returning to the Trainer, but she doesn't give an abort option and just keeps telling me to get back up there. Iam currently taking mission from Lady Viopa(?) on Lok. The mission has something to do with stopping aship from reaching a Space Station or something. But I have no idea what system this is taking place in. I don't know if I can figure out which system it is in and if I hyper into that system will it update the WP for me?
I submitted a ticket but was basically told I'm screwed and thanks for paying the monthly fee. SoI turn to you, the community, for help. I am a2322 Rebel Pilot if that helps any of you figure out which mission this. Any help would be greatly appreciated, since I cannot train a box until this mission is complete.
Is anyone having the same experience with the quest you receive from Mssikss on Kash. You are supposed to destroy the escort and disable the frieghter and escort it back. I can destroy the escort but when it comes to targetting and disabling the frieghter, it doesnt change from that friendly blue and gives you the warning that you are shooting a friendly. I have tried it multiple times and the same result. Bug? I just want to see if anyone else has the same problem.

The RSF "support" never joins the battle. They sit tightly grouped together and never move other than spinning around each other. This bug has existed 2 months ago when I first attempted to complete RSF, and was present 2 days ago when i finally finished it.
The only way the RSF fighters would come to life is if a SA pilot, who is aggro to them, attacks the RSF ships.
I did write a /bug repor when I first encountered this problem, and nothing has been done of it
Is this still the case today? I know there was at least one of these fixed recently (might have been rori rebel, don't remember off the top of my head)
This is still an issue as of 9/30/05.

I had the same problem when i went on this mission. Further more were the enemies after this disapearing. I had the target box but there were no graphics inside it until I destroed the ship plus I could not see my own laser fire.
- Kill the Nym Lieutenant as prescribed
- Go back to the WP, scan for a Cannon Ship
- Inspect it
- Disable it
- Inspect it again
- /dock with it
There are three possibilities for what differentiated this attempt from my others:
- Different spawn
- A "stuck" Lieutenant had been eliminated
- Inspecting before disabling
