Loading and unloading of launchers seems to be bugged - have the spare mass - but can't load ammo into launcher ever time, and if I unload the launcher, often can't reload it into it's slot.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this.

If you have resources in your cargo hold. Do not remove the cargo hold from your ship till you unloaded it or you will lose your resources. there is no warning before you do said action.

just tried the tractor beam on the cargo hold mission, 3rd time was a charm, instead of just a straight full pull, I tapped the ship which caused the baddies to spawn, then I was able to complete the mission

hope is works for others as well, oh, i also put my tractor beam in my first weapon slot, not sure if that made the difference though, lol, good luck

Also, a buddy of mine was saying if you inload your mined asteroids from your cargohold and your inventory is full - you simply lose the resources. Not sure if you get any error messages to say that your inventory is full or not- but it could at least stay in the cargohold until there is enough space!

And can we please have a way to view what resources are in the cargohold in space? Would be very handy.

Tried to get my Vaksai Starfighter but Emye kept insisting I'm an Imperial Pilot (I'm RSF daggum it). Thus I got the Imperial version and that red TIE instead of the Vaksai I can actually fly.

Note: I was Imperial combatant (ground forces) when I talked to Emye. Perhaps if I'd been Imperial on leave? At any rate I'm stuck with a deed I'm not certified for and Emye won't give me another shot at the 'Vette.

Ditto to that... the same thing is happening to me and others who are allied with the rebels... apparently its a conflict between what you're actually certified to fly and who you're allied with on the ground. As a result, any neutral pilot who is alligned with a faction on the ground gets screwed out of the Vaksai... THIS HAS TO BE FIXED!!! (Please.)

sorry only read first two pages ,so dont know if this has been mentioned.or supposed to happen

agreed to help a guildie with a mission ,but took my yt-1300 and 2 gunners(easy xp for them)

problem was we died ,but instead of respawning at the nearest spacestation needing repairs, we reloaded on the ground with my chassis/reactor/engine all at zero condition(this was a ship that had never been in combat before)

dunno if this a bug or working as intended, but it sure dont inspire me to help other people with there missions if a 850K repair bill is needed on the event of me and my crew failing a mission

(850k is a rough guess at losses 500k chassis/200k engine/150k reactor)

"any neutral pilot who is alligned with a faction on the ground gets screwed out of the Vaksai... THIS HAS TO BE FIXED!!! (Please.)"

You think that's bad...

I AM a neutral pilot, I AM neutral on the ground. I did the mission, received the deed AND the badge and IT IS the correct badge. And when I go to generate the ship I get the message "You don't have the proper badge to fly this ship". I am freakin' LIVID...

Good thing about being able to decorate the Y-8, although you cannot raise/lower items in it, so if you wish to drop something on a table...well...

Oh, so it doesn't happen only to me after all. I did try a lot of things to get it to work such as re-deeding the ship multiple times, reducing the number of ships in my datapad, deeding and redeeding the yacht, reducing the number of my character's ground lots, well... pretty much everything. So there it is in a "buglist" format:

  • A player_structure:[error_move_item] comes up while trying to move any item in the Y-8 UP or DOWN. Moving in other direction and rotating works just fine.

ALWAYS have had trouble loading countermeasures under Ship Management. No idea why, all other components load fine.

What's new is with RotW I'm having trouble loading my little Lvl 1 Astromech into my noob char's Z-95. Tried visiting different starports and "managing" the Z from there - same result. Tried logging off - same result. The astromech will not load.

Yes - a droid interface is loaded.

Yes - It's a lvl 1 astromech so there's no problem with the certifications.

Yeah, I'm can't move things UP or DOWN either. Pain in the butt, I wanted to put my YT-1300 holo on a table in my Y-8.

I tried flying my TIE Fighter for a few hours this morning and the ship would not turn to the right. I tried many different workarounds but nothing worked.

Another issue is my ship seems to veer left in a counterclockwish motioninstead of flying straight. Iguess I hit a major pothole somewhere and threw out my alignment.

I can also not set the throttle to 0. The lowest it will go is 32. Thank heavens there are no traffic lights in space.

A friend of mine also did the Jedi Starfighter mission this morning and encountered two bugs that prevented him from completing thw quest. First, he got the ATST back to the base/starport and was sent on the second mission (to kill the rebel fighters). The ATST followed him to the rebel fighters and he kept getting the, "You have moved too far away" message when he got too far from ahead of the ATST. I think the bug was the ATST kept following him after that portion of the quest had been successfully completed. Second, he got to the location of the rebel fighters and they were spawned on top of a mountain/hill that he could not climb and thus they were unattackable.

I have not purchased RoTW yet because I knew the limited beta testing they did would cause major bugs like this to go Live and I refused to paying SOE to beta test their games.

As for the flight problems...it sounds like your stick needs to be recalibrated. And you might have to lower the sensitivity a bit.
