Cadamo Sun, is do-able until you do the hyperspace jump into Corellia. then, hang up your hat Lads & Ladies unless youh have a uber group helping you. This mission falls under abusing the players I think.

Hey there. I believe this is a new issue. On the Ahazi server. the Master Mission that sends a pilot to destroy the Imperial Corvette is broken.

The issue is that the corvette only spawns once in a day. Right after restart. The whole time this is happenning the rebel corvette spawns every two hours like clock work.

Ive been 4444 for 3 days now and unable to get master because of it. You can only imagine the level of frustration. I have submitted bugs and a ticket to no avail. A Reb friend of mine even submitted a ticket and received a response from a CSR stating, "There is nothing we can do to reset or fix it."

Life sucks at this moment. Looks like I'll have to stay up really late tonight to get that first and only spawn.

Haven't seen it posted in here yet... but would we be able to get the ability to continue missions from the last "stage" of them rather than repeat the whole thing? Since as you go along you do get "mission completed" before it gives you the next mission in the quest. You don't see people having to wait for the old man again because they died before getting to the village, eh?

Nothing like spending an hour and a half on a mission, just to have to power go out, sever go down, crash to desktop(happening far to often atm), random acts of lag, etc and have to repeat the whole thing.

The plasma allarms on MP ships are un-predictable, sometimes they wont turn off, sometimes they turn off after you only fixone conduit

Plasma conduits sometimes wont fix and appear to stay on fire until the next server reboot

The missiles you get from the rearm/repair ship have bugged modifiers, they have an insane 8.0 vs shields+armor, meaning they kill ANY fighter in 1 hit (and take out a gunship's shields in 1 hit). Normaly protons have around 0.5.

The nebulas cause huge FPS lag

Armor decays WAY to fast, you have to replace it after only a couple of full repairs

Chassis also decay way to fast for what they cost, chassis repair kits need to be able to recover all the lost hitpoints (currently chassis repair kits haveno use at all, this would make them needed)

MP ships need to either be able to use the rearm/repair ship, or able to reload missiles from inside the ship (new job for the crew)

Cheating AI ships that outfly anything you can have, making NPC ships have 3x theshielding and speed a player can in a ship that could not possibly to it does not make smart AI

I was in a fight with some Tier 4 TIE fighters in Dantooine system, when I needed to use Forward shield reinforcement. Instead of reinforcing my front shield, it took the power from my rear shield, and my front shield went to.... negative 75. (Yes, I checked ship status) Negative means down, FYI.

To add insult to injury, when I hit eshields to bring them back up, my reactor shut down. Oops. Once my reactor came back up, I was able the /eshields and jump out.

Please fix the shield reinforcement commands... right now the shield adjustment commands are the only ones worth using.

EDIT: This just in. You may want to put some clothes on the Bothan running the Talus space station. Odd how his speech comes across in the Bothan language when I have comprehension...

I was flyihng with a friend is his decimator and noticed one thing i didnt see in my YT-1300. loot being gathered. the decimator has a loot box for where it can go. the YT-1300 seems to get no loot at all. not sure if this is a current problem or new. just thought i would drop a line.

You forgot to include the bug that involves not retrieving cargo from ships that are docked in....

"Disablement": A much less well-known bug, but extremely annoying nonetheless. A ship which is intentionally disabled (by targetting subsystems) is made invulnerable for several seconds after a pilot recieves the "you have disabled your target" message. No pilot, including the pilot who disabled the target(!) is able to damage the ship during this time. This bug only occurs when you have disabled a ship by targetting its engine or reactor subsystems. Ships that lose their engines graphically due to normal damage do not become temporarily invulnerable.

I didn't read the entire threat, so might have been brought up already

But I think this might not be a bug but by design... Just imagine you disable a ship because you have to, someone doesn't stop to fire immediately because he didn't see that its already disabled, or because the shot was already on the way and blows the ship up...

At least I think that this line of thought might be behind that invulnerability

1) The loot container has been missing ever since the removal of the default furniture in beta.

2) Ona possibly related note, the passenger seats behind the pilot and operations chairs randomly appear and disappear - CLICKY

Just a small thing, but others than me have complained about it, too.

Change the color of your groupmates! That lavender/pink shows up MUCH too much like red. A nice vibrant blue would work, I think, or even the ability to make groupmates any color you want. (For the colorblind, this last option would be better.)

I was having fun with JTL. I enjoyed the level of challenge through most of tier 3. Then, suddenly, it stopped being fun. Why? There was no reason for me to go any further up the tree. Why do we go up skill trees in this game? We do it to gain more abilities and better skills. We do it so we may attempt even greater missions with greater rewards. With pilots, what happens when we get to the higher levels? We get new abilities, better skills and missions which we cannot possibly finish with these abilities. So why get them?

(snip)

I DO want it to be very hard. I just want it possible. This is just killing the game for me, and I know I'm going to drown in a sea of flames from all of you, but I still need to say it.

I 100% agree with Nictolopy here.

It's one thing to have a challenging mission. It's another to have one that is known far and wide as "that is impossible to solo; you have to get a group."

I'm all for missions that require grouping if they are OPTIONAL missions. To make missions you HAVE to complete in order to advance up the tree be group-only, it makes you wonder what the point of the mission is. Is it to test out what a good pilot I am? Then how do I prove that by taking 4 guild-mates with me to beat the mission? And if it's NOT there for me to prove what a good pilot I am, then why the heck is it required in order to advance? That makes absolutely no sense.

If it is a test of the player's pilot skills then it should be a SOLO mission, period. Any addition of group mates completely negates the ability to test whether the player who owns the mission has any skill whatsoever. I could (as Nic points out) easily group up with other people and just sit there in space while they do my missions for me. I can get all the way to master without firing a shot. How did that prove that I am a good pilot?

In fact I would say that profession advancement missions shouldn't even allow grouping -- you should HAVE to prove you are a good enough pilot to complete them. BUT, if that's the case, then every one of them needs to be eminently soloable at the skill level you receive it. Otherwise... just take the "you can't advance till you finish this mission" requirement out. It's utterly pointless and proves nothing about my skills that my tier 4 guild mates were able to do a tier 3 mission for me.

_Smoke_, not sure if this is intended or just flat out bugged but I am not able to use boosters on my Tie/IN or Tie Interceptor. I can equip them and have plenty of mass/reactor energy. Pressing "B" or the binded boost button my flight stick does nothing. I have no such issues with my Rebel ships. I verified this with a few other players on Naritus.
