anyone made a video of them space fighting, PvE, or PvP, it would be cool to see one.

Hey, yeah i was just thinking about that just now..


I've got my Firespray all tricked out for space mining and I've got the tractor beam thing down Juuuust right and I honestly think a video would explain the whole thing better then texts


(warming up the systems and pondering how to record my exploits)

Yep. Working on one which should be rather pretty. I have a few 'scenes' which will be rehearsed to add to the story element but otherwise, everything else is spontaineous. This vid will be finished in a month or so (I'm at Uni again so extremely busy) but all I'll say is, it is mainly pve involving tier5 CPG duty missions and those Ghrag gunboats. It should be quite educational as it'll demonstrate ways on killing these Gunboats along with some fancy flying to boot.


I would like to get some pvp footage too, but I might make that a separate project.

The problem with good footage is that you really need to choose between fighting or filming. The filming products (like FRAPS) tend to kill your FPS. What we've done is Leaph and crew concentrate of flying and fighting only. Then, I concentrate purely on filming. It works out pretty good that way.

I'll see if I can't shoot a vid of me on a destroy mission tonight. It will mostly show my lack of flying skill and low level abilities and ship. I'm still only 4333 and using all crafted parts in my TIE/Advanced. The end result will probably be no more than 30 seconds though. It all gets kind of repetative after a while.

wow, there was some stuff in there i cant even comprehend, the b-wing pilot was amazing, he had that one GREAT turn in the beginnung, where he just blew them away, great stuff, great stuff.

Unfortunately, I got tied up with some other stuff. I might be able to do something this week. But, I can almost guarantee something Posted Sunday night.

What kind of vid are you looking for? A pilot view or a view of others fighting?
