Ok, I was a Reb Colonel and Jedi Knight, went imp and got documents from bones.
Now I'm Imp combatant and at Krieg on Kashyyk, I used my sorosub to get there.
He gives me 2 speak options.
1. Sorry, I should be somewhere else.
2. Stop Conversing.
Do I need to be a novice Imp pilot?

I think the cert for it is imp pilot 4xxx so you actually have to be an imp navy pilot to fly it.

No - if you've completed the quest up to the point where you're awarded the deed, you can fly it at any tree's 4xxx level.

where can i find arebel jsf quest...or is there one
This has been covered time and time again. There is no current Rebel JSF quest. You need to go Imperial to get the data item from the NS stronghold and run the quest to the point up until you get the deed. This requires you to a) resign from the Rebel squadron you're a part of (if you're not a Privateer), b) resign from the Rebellion, c) join the Empire, d) get the datapad, e) run the mission.
Just don't be shocked if the Devs decide to crack down on JSF users who half-assed the quest and skipped out on Vader with the deed to his old ship without completing the space arc.

Obi-wan was flying a Republic Jedi Starfighter, which was being lead by Chancelor Palpatine, also, history dictates that the JSF is the fore-father of the TIE fighter. It's imperial in every way, shape, or form.

Well, the Ep3 Eta Actis-2 design has TIE elements, but the Ep2 Delta was an A-Wing clone.

To get your guys' story straight, the Jedi Starfighter, eta actis, was created for Jedi, and those Jedi were Light Jedi, that's why they are called Jedi Starfighters, they were even disigned for Jedi to use their Force abilities with the Ship according to the books, as a matter of fact, the only Sith to Fly one is Vader. If you wan't to look at a Sith ship, look at Darth Mauls, if anything, that's the Forefather to the Tie-Fighter.
If it were my way, the only ones to fly the ship should be Jedi, they shoulda made an NPC that is only accessible by Jedi to give that ship away.

It was made by the same ship yards that made the Star Destroyers. It is a Star Destroyer clone, not an A-wing clone. If anything, the designers of the A-wing would have copied the designs of the jedi fighter's earlier styles. It is not uncommon for militaries to copy successful designs of other militaries.
The Republic became the Empire, The equipment of the Republic became equipment of the Empire.
