Players who purchase the new digital download expansion, Rage of the Wookiees, will receive an additional bonus offer - 3 additional ship storage slots in their Data Pad. The new expansion features several awesome new ships including the Jedi Starfighter II, the Imperial Guard TIE Interceptor and the ARC 170. The ability to own and command so many new ships led us to think about adding additional ship storage as another exclusive benefit of the Digital Download. “Players who purchase the ROW expansion are going to have a lot of fun in space” said Dallas Dickinson, Producer for the expansion, referring to both the new space mining adventures and the new ships. “Now, with the bonus of the additional ship storage slots they will have adequate parking space, too!”

I would really like to see what the new ship is like- not the Jedi fighter(ha, but I hate anything Jedi related), but the miner. It looks huge from the pictures. Space mining is looking pretty attractive now...

Oh but one thing- with the RotW preorder error, will they know we preordered? It still has the "Preorder" option on the launchpad for me, despite the fact that the station store says I preordered it and so far havent canceled.

This was the clencher for me too. Still I feel ramrodded into this download. Now it's a no brainer to get the download if your a pilot but still I wasn't even sure on getting the expansion right off. Now I feel like I have no choice. I buy the expansion or gimp my favorite profession.

I think I just died of shock.

Double XP, 3 extra ship slots... now I'm suspicous. Makes me wonder what they're making up for

yup its real and i thought i had a heart attack myself something must be wrong they acutally gave us something. oh the announcement is int he announcement section.

Wow, this is too good to be true! I guess I don't have to permenantly retire my nova and bwing for the new ships. At least one good thing comes to counter the combat downgrade.

So many choices! I feel like a kid in a candy store.

With the extra slots, I might actually take up space mining.

Lets see:

1. 'lizard

6...

I spoilt for choice now... Maybe I'll have to give the light and heavy Privateer ships a go. And it means I'll have to go master for a third time just to get enough decent equipment to outfit them all.

Kitten I really hate to point this out but as I understand it you won't get the extra space unless you order the download. If you buy it off the shelf you won't get it. I imagine this is the counter offer to the barc speeder. I hope there is some way to get the download since I know JTL is very important to you.

That is so freakin weak, dont they know that some people only use game cards? I WANT 6 SLOTS but i cant cause i only use game cards. I dont use credit cards to pay cause i am financilly unable to lol thatsall i can say./cry
