Thread: Inquisition Tier 4: bug cost me rewards but CSRs refuse to help

I know at least one other person has fallen foul of the bug where after training each box in Teir 4 of Inquisition Squadron the Grand Inquisitor only gives the patrol mission that completes after 3 waypoints. I put in a ticket about not getting my reward gun and shield gen but had the ticket closed with a refusal to help and a CSR in the chatroom also confirmed the refusal. All I wanted is my gun and shield gen but despite the simplicity of the request was stonewalled. Anyone had a better response to this problem and got any suggestions for how to approach it?

Sorry to hear you missed your rewards. I went imp to get the level 7 reward blaster a while ago. Unfortunately I choose inquisition as it was rumoured to be the hardest.

I went through exactly the same thing with the CSR. They didnt even seem to know it was bugged. Absolutely no help whatsoever. All they had to do was give me the gun that was denied me. But NOOO. That would be too helpful.

I had to grind another squadron in the end to get my gun. Was very p*ssed off. I wrote all about the bugged missions in the stickied mission bug report. But I fully understand if you missed it. Its not something you check when you choose a squadron, to see if you will actually get all the missions bug-free.

Same thing happend to me, 2 of the Inq missions came up with nothing but 3 waypoints then that was it. Might of even been 3 of the mission.

Black Epsilon was way harder then Imperial Inq. I haven't done storm yet thou. So far both imperial squads make Rebel and Nuet missions seem like a walk in the park.

I did not get my reward because my inventory was full with loot when I spoke to the dude. I really wanted that blaster too but because of a silly mixup on my part I did not get it.

hmmm after reading this thread, and looking through the reward thread, I just realised I didn't get the Sienar Design Systems "Boltdriver" either....

Well to be perfectly honest I think the CSR's actions were appropriate in this case only because there is no way for them to confirm you did get it and just gave it to someone else or destroyed it accidentally.

I know everyone must think that the devs are watching everyone all the time and can see what every action we do is but honestly think about how much you do on a daily basis and how long it would take to research something like this on their part. That is assuming they keep any sort of log on every players interactions.

Sorry to hear it's bugged, I hope they are aware of the bug at least now. I completed the Inquisition missions and come to think of it I didn't get a gun that time around either.

yeah after getting a box for inquisition teir 4, the inq guy askes you to do a patrol, you hit 3 patrol points and theres a crystal runner at the end, but it doesnt tell you to kill it or disable it or anything.... and thats it...

id like a boltdriver

Exactly. The tools they have avail can't even tell if it was your fault in the first place that you couldn't get the item (for example due to full inventory at that time) or not...

If you are having problems with this mission you are going to fast. There seems to be a timer and if you get to the last waypoint before you get a message to disable the crystal runner it messes up the mission. The trick is to travel between the waypoints at a slow speed so you dont get ahead of where it thinks you should be.

Correct, I've bodged several missions throughout the various squadrons by flying patrols too fast.
