evaryone keeps telling me diffrent, so now only an awnser from a dev or such will do: If you want fast droid commands... whats best: A droid interface with a high number on Droid command speed... or a low number

You want a faster answer? Go in game and do it yourself. Load up a DI with high numbers, hit a droid command, then hit the command again and see how long it tells you you have to wait. Now repair, land, load up one with a low number and do it again.

Yes lower the better you dont need a dev to answer it. go get a 34 speed DI and launch run a command. then try to run another right away. It will say something like:DI needs so and so seconds till next command.
Land replace with a lower number say 10-20 relaunch and try again with same command mind you. since different commands have different DI cooldown times.

RO3 ties up your interface for (5x DI speed) seconds.
CSS4 ties up your interface for (1x DI speed) seconds.
Lower numbers are better.

erm..its low. Low number for the droid command speed. the number is in fact a measurement of time so the smaller the number, the less amount of time it takes for your DI to process info. Whoever said it's high is an idiot. If you want proof..go get a low number DI and test it against high number DI. I defy you to then come back and tell us that the high number command speed DI was faster.
