I only have a COB macro....
Although I dont think it helps overly for pikeman, I notice it more as a TKM.

only use my CoB macro for PvP, otherwise it was a spin macro for the period i had ranger with my pike.

/pause 1;
/macro spin
Use it on Dant, get a mission, find lair start macro and let it go till its dead.

I enjoy the following:
/polearmSweeps2;
/polearmStun2;
/polearmStun2;
/polearmStun2;
/pause 1.5;
/marco mokk
I find that the stun attack is on of the fastest attacks (not sure though, b/c I have no real evidence and I am a n00b), so using a sweep to KD and then wack as fast as you can. This works great on Dant aginst quenkers, and Mokks alike.
By the way, if you know if polearmStun2 is actualy faster or if it is just me, please say so.

CoB and I have an area attack macro I use on Mokk/Janta Camps. Also I got my doc macros, but that is a different story.

I have tried over and over to write a COB macro, it never works. Can anyone write it down here for me.
I have alot of macros, none for combat though. Got a few Doc macros, an AFK macro , so I don;t get logged while I am leveling my other toon, I have a buy FP macro, and a gambling macro 
. The recursive macro nerf is gonna hurt for my buy FP macro though, although I think it will be good.

that'll work you dont need to clear combat que though, at least i havent found the need to. although my macro seems to ocassionally not work with the timings. but i dunno im rambling

ya the timing goes funny sometimes... just /dump, and edit the marco adding one more sec to the pause...
i like the clear combat just cause the cob will be almost a constant... without it i've found the cob just adds to the end of whatever i've got already in there... it messed up my timeing a few times so i added it...

Would this be for MAster Brawler COB or novice brawler COb, I only have novice brawler.

There should be a "polearm center of being duration" in your skill mod list... make the delay in the macro 1 + that delay. I think its 35 with master brawler and 30 without.

I have the CoB macro as listed above but with pause 32, due to lag issues etc
