ya that was kinda the point. uber is removed. i think they still have some balancing to do and more stats may change. what should make you mad is not that your lva got nerfed, but that there are somehow still uber weapons in game. now that is not right. devs need to bring the last of the uber weapons into check too, it's only fair.
i take it u never had any good weopons then!thats rite lets make every 1 the same oh what fun that will be,they mite as well just make all weopons with the same damage wouldnt that make this game more fun oh yes

Have you ever played any other game where combat was involved? When you put everyone on a COMPARABLE - not identical - level, it means skill and ability are required to be the defining factors. If you prefer unfair advantages to be what decides victory, go challenge a 5-year old to a marathon race.
And before you even bother saying it, I spent months and months looking for an 800+ max LVA. Looted a 796-max one with a 300-strength health poison one week before the CU. It's now like 500-max I think.

Debate how you think it should be done, I'm just stating the facts.

Now how would you have felt if you had a 1530max LVA that turned to sh1t after the conversion?Pi$$ed?
I would've felt exactly the same. In fact in the old system a 300-strength health poison would outdamage a 1500-max LVA against defense-stacking fencers anyway, making it arguably more useful. Either way, its still an unfair weapon that should never have existed in the game to begin with, and indeed should never have needed to exist either.

This is how conversion works...weapons are put within a range of damage depending on the tier they are in. So a tier 3 weapon (the LVA) gets a lower damage than a master level weapon (the VL). When the conversion takes this into account, the LVAs are converted to tier 3 weapons.

Nooo, theres no needto debate it.
Devs stated that if you had a good weapon pre-CU. You'd have a good weapon post-CU.
So where is that good weapon now ?
By the time they figure it out i'll be a long lost customer.

His point was, you do still have a good weapon.. compared to other tier 3 certed weapons.
I also just realized that a LVA is a Level 40 certed weapon, and a VL is a level 54 cert.
So it seems that an LVA is a lower level and therefore lower damage weapon...
This might explain why uber LVAs don't seem as good as good VLs...?
