If you're having problems hitting something with your weapon thenuse a different weapon. I don't miss often at all with my lance as a novice pikeman( 2 in stances and 1 in defensive ). The reason the weapons have such low to hit is so that you have to have the + to accuracy from the support abilities tree to effectively use them.

HamHed.....you are correct. No one has plainly pointed out that the reason we get or final weapon so early is becouse even if it is better than a lance or staff. Every time we get a + to speed or accuracy it IS like we are getting a new weapon. Becouse we are getting enuff of a boost that if we were to have to get a new weapon to get the same benifit it would be totaly different.

That helps alot. But i wanna hit things hard nowwwwwww

I dabbled in pikeman but I missed way to much for my tastes. It took me about 2 hours to get to polearm II but it only took about 20 minutes to get to unarmed 2 because of the slow speed of the polearm and the low accuracy.

For sure raise speed and accuracy. I understand a stick hitting hard but does it have to be so slow. There is already built in melee penalties in the game since it says IN THE MANUAL that ranged combat is prefered. It's a stick for crying out loud and you are supposed to be a MASTER of it. Why does it have to be so slow and miss so much?

TIP ONE DONT BUY WEAPONS OFF THE BAZZAR GO TO A GOOD WEAPONS SMITH AND HAVE HIM BUILT YOU A GOOD NO DAMM GOOD POLEARM SEPND THE MONEY TO GET ONE AND YOU WILL DO MUCH BETTER

TIP TWO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT STRONGER THAN YOU

TIP THREE DONT GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO RUN KNOCK THEM OFF THEIR FEET THATS WHAT A POLEARM DOES
