Hey, if we had a prof that could cope in all situations without DOTs vs. compo-buffed people we'd cry our arses off everytime we logged in of sheer joy. Thing is, Devs made pikeman craftable weapons utter crap, so the only chance we have of getting proper weapons is looting nice high damge and DOTed ones from Nightsisters and other high end mobs. In fact, it is easier to get proper crystals than proper polearms since you have to beat NS elders for proper weapons, a feat which pikemen without NS Elder Lances is uncapable of.

Actually, you don't have to do elders for proper weapons. I got an LVA off a Spellweaver once that was 997 max (unsliced) and had a 237str -1 use mind poison. Would have sliced to a shade under 1200 max on a mere 20% slice if I hadn't gotten a speed slice instead.

Step 1: Close your eyes and hit every state effect hit we got.

Step 2: Peek with one eye to see yourself on your back and dead with him healing himself.

Step 3: Clone

Step 4: Repeat steps 1 thru 3.

P.S.: All non-DoT-users will laugh at you when CU (hopefully) finally hits. No more mitigation, mind not being critical, DoT either removed from weapons or GREATLY reduced (though I think DEVs might think reducing buffs and keeping current DoT would be a GOOD idea), you will actually be forced to concentrate on SKILL and not on weapon stats.

Haha you are a joke, come to sunrunner and I will beat you I guarantee it without ever using a single dot on you, you admit the only way you can win is run like a sissy, if you stand and fight I will beat you anyday, I bet you are posting this cause you actually suck with your Jedi and get owned by pikeman's dots all the time, and you are just waiting for the combat rebalance hoping that Jedi is powerful enough to still kill anyone even with a sh1tty player behind the controls, sorry to break it to you but people that can't play aren't any better as Jedi when fighting skilled players, grow up and stay off the pikeman forum until you grasp reality.

Sorry for the double post, but I agree with Benpimpin here. Come to Lowca and I'll tear you apart, without dots. Also you seem pretty stupid about your own profession. You flip Forcearmor on against a pikeman hammering on you with a 1k+ max LVA and you're force pool is going to evaporate...and then you'll be worse than useless. IF you manage to stick a dizzy to me past my 80 natural def vs dizzy + 18 from SEA's, you'll still have to stick the KD past my 70 def vs Dizzy + 12 from SEA's (it really is amazingly rare that I get BOTH KD'd and Dizzied at the same time), and hope that I don't manage to get back up right away. And if you're ignoring your own states, all the better for me, it means I don't have to reapply Intimidate 1 and 2, Dizzy, and Stun, and so I can just go right for the Hit3 or other 3x damage mod attack.

sry for the realy big quot but i thought of somthing while i looked at these taunts do you guys realy think that these jedi would have made such appearances back in the day when if they died they are gone period i mean seriuosly they are uber peopel so they deserve to die forever but realy does any one remember that the old rules of the jedi stated that once you unlocked an FS slot whenever that character
died they were gone for good and they had to start over but if you made it to master jedi and died you became a blue glowie like vader obiwan and yoda in the very last movie (comeing to which did anyone ever actually see a blue glowie?)
