dodge will only be useful as fencer and/or pistoleer, but if u stack it w/ those it'll b very useful!

i alwready miss it---
and do any profs get defenses to dizzy and kd
if anyone has a toon on the tc far enough to let us know please let us know how the specials work at a higher level

There is always going to be a defense against states, melee defense applies to not getting hit with them, however all professions can spend some action pool and activate a move which recovers them from the state. Basically a *shake head to clear the grogginess* sort of thing.
