Dodge rules. I love it, and even with just 105 I can feel it working reasonably well

I notice dodge works well. I pvp'd for fun with a fellow tkm and my 105 dodge from master pistol worked great. They commented that it was irritating to them to keep missing me. I just smiled.

Perhaps the difference between some people seeing it work really well, and others who say it's not working at all, could be down to the fact that Intimidate Negates Dodge? If you're up against someone with novice brawler and they have any sense about them....they'll intimidate you.

Hey, I was thinking about going up the dodge tree of pistoleer. I was just wondering, if I were a fencer as well and could max dodge at 125, how often would I actually dodge an attack?
Also, does this dodge both ranged and melee attacks?

Not sure but at Dodge +100 I'll think you'll dodge approx 1/10th of the time. I'm a defense stacker (fencer) and the extra defenses do a lot of difference and dodge can be really helpful.

My dodge is like 112 and I love it. I hardly ever have any other text window besides combat, I dont see much red,. Yea I think it does dodge both melee and ranged, for now. Someday... Someday 125.. Dodge is one thing that seems to work for pistoleer. I love dodge. Its noticable.

Just wondering if a tkm can dodge, as in if I buy dodge attachments will they make a difference at all.

In short, no.
TK's use Deffence Accuity, which, although it gives the ability to dodge is not effected by the Dodge modifier, it uses it's own Deffence Accuity modifier. & theres currently no tapes to enhance it.
Theres there info on it in the FAQs if you check the stickies.

Dodge, Block, and Counterattack will ONLY work with a weapon that skill corresponds to. Block for Pikes, Counterattack for Swords, Dodge for Fencer.
