get speed capped or close, ive just got the fs melee speed line and with a 4.4 lva i still hit really fast (even without master brawler) and i do really good in the geno caves and against NS i dont know what you are talking about. in fact i was in a room with 2 jedi in the geno cave (they werent master saber btw but they had the 4th tier in the polearm saber tree) and they asked me if i could lay off on the my damage because i was getting all the xp even though i wasnt, they just wanted it all for themselves and this was with a 28% damage sliced lva thats only about 150-550 with a max damage PU so even with a not so perfect damage slice you can do good still in pve
