i think /open has been fixed, as players were using it in cantinas to see other players inventorys..

cascade of hatred is a hit nothing to do with armor hole. I've been hit with up to 2200 dmg. Happy to say its only gotten the best of me once but its a nightmare watching your ham drop like that for sure.
