I finally got my NSEL the other night, and yup 1 point of damage. 
At least, since I also have dancer, I have a really nice prop until they fix it

It wasnt incredible or anything, it had like 287 DPS, cant remember the other stats off hand and servers down =P havent checked to see if its pre-cu sliced or not, if not it'll turn out rather nice.
The important thing is I can actually use it!
