I had the same problem, and all the CSR will do is tell you to wait longer, as he did to me, if you or anyone else wants this to be fixed, go sign my post in the "In Game Customer Service" forum

It is ridiculous such a problem exists, and there is no reason we should accept it!

FIX THE DAMN NSEL SOE!!!!!

and btw the link on that last post said "message deleted" so obviously the CSR don't want us to know about this problem =(

every time you see a CSR, complain, every time you log in /bug this, any time you see a post about bugs mention this. Remember everyone, the squeaky wheel gets the grease!

I finally got my hands on a NSEL last night - it was given as a gift to me. Lovely damage...but again... blast *sighs* I've submitted a CSR ticket - i hope as hell they fix this...I just want to be able to use the lovely thing!!

No point in not trying to get it fixed though! I haven't logged on - so don't know if there'sa response to my ticket yet...

.....needs fixing!

I think i can tell you what the csrs will. Thank you for informing us of your problem unfortuantly we are aware of the problem and have no real means or intentions of fixing at the moment. Thank you for your patience please close this ticket at your earliers convience.

Ticket closed. (sorry we don't want you to respond and make our numbers look bad for haveing tickets open a extended period of time)
