I've not seen a single piece of evidence that you lose an "attack round" with dodge. Counterattack does currently work exactly the same way as dodge.

If you watch the combat spam of someoneattacking at the speed cap they will miss one attack, at least that is how it appeared to work when I was a fencer. I could be way off though, it could have just been a coincidence or lag at the right time.

pikeman that rely on dots really need to learn how to play the profession, yeah if its taking a bit to kill the opponent, slap a dot on, but most pikeman rush into a fight with their dot weapon out and its just depressing.
pikement that rely on dots is a smart pikemen. Pike is crud in pvp without dots and we should use our advantage to the full extent. We do have a advantage on jedi with high dmg LVA's that dont need a dot but apart from that we just plain stink

When there is a Comp nerf, it wont matter, people have 85 percent kenetic ubese armor, and 80 percent kenetic padded armor....
i have both as well as my 90 percent base (including kenetic) armor (about 5 suits) stored away safe for making money when comp nerf comes out, and Killing pvp lol when comp nerf comes out

They will not just nerf comp, they will bring all high end armors down to about a 50-60% lvl and some might actually get a bit of a boost.

Please post a pic of the 85% ubese. According to the devs this is not possible since armor caps at 80% during the crafting process. You also can't get specialprotections sliced and Kinetic is the special protection in Ubese.

Hmmm, that's strange.
Because just the other day I saw a composite set with 91% to all stats except 2, (I can't remember which 2) and those 2 stats were at 80 percent. I would have bought it, had I the cash at the time.

When the nerf comes it will most likely be retroactive, turning that 90% armor into whatever the new high-end equivalent is. It's really the only sensible way to do things, otherwise every armorsmith will just make hundreds of suits of armor right before the change and create a pre-nerf market that lasts for years.

Whatever those two stats were, they were the special protection resists that cannot be sliced. The rest were sliced up from 67% or whatever they were at. I have composite like that.
