btw, I'm not trying to argue against you guys or anything....just getting my viewpoint out there.

the problem with group hunting outside of loot hunts and questing, is that the EXP is usually worse and slower than soloing and making soloing difficult hinders thing, I am not just talking pike as I am already master, but future people coming into the profession as well as me leveling pistols now.

I don't think it should be back to the days of ANY ch being able to solo everything but if they make Quenkers harder they're going to really hurt gameplay imho.

btw, Pikeman/Pistoleer/Smuggler beating TKM/Rifleman = priceless

talk about nerf shouts lol,grant it they didn't use the rifle, still couldn't kd/dizzy me and im 2 for 4 against that build with my current, unfinished, template.

One thing that boggle my mind is 75% reduce dmg 100% Ham costs in pvp, does this strike any one as odd/unfair??

Warcry...huge nerf for PvE. Not a bad thing for PvP.



Read the brawler forums...big debate going on there. This certainly affects all brawler elite professions.



I am concerned about the range of Warcry. It they keep it at where it is brawlers will never get close enough to another human player to mezz them in time or to avoid kiting.



In PvE we just lost a very powerful tool. Now its going to be twice as hard to kill any large mobs.



Why dont they fix the way xp is granted when fighting groups? We now should get more xp for fighting adds than single mobs (like DAOC).

The reason everything has to revolve around pvp is because it generates more whining than anything in the UNIVERSE.

I would like to see warcry become a cone effect snare/delay


Freezing the affected targets in place for 10/20 seconds and being lifted when the target is attacked. In Gunmans 3 v 1 situation the 2 others could easilydash off while you bang on one and clear out of range till their timer expires, the snare would hold them in place or slow their movement ( unless you attack )


could put a twist on things...

Don't forget, now that BH's will have a better chance of tracking you...there are others out there who will help you should you need it.

Before you go bashing PvP, remember the time frame the Devs decided on for the game. The ENTIRE game is centered around the Galactic Civil War.

SOE did a little poll. I believe the final tally was something like 15% of the population actively PvP.


Decisions that effect 100% of the community shouldn't be based on those 15%.


What is that crap spock always spouting off on star trek about the good of the many outweighs the good of the few?


The devs need to watch more star trek.

Whether people actively PvP or not, there IS a war going on. PvE is so ridiculously easy that people can master a profession in a few days, that hardly needs anything balanced around it.
