Master pikeman with absolutely no other combat boxes = level 54.

Good deal.
How sure are you of this? =)
Quite sure.
If you are a master pikeman, you can use any polearm in the game.

Howdy,
I'm not very familiar with the CU weapon crafting system at all. Currently, since ive started playing again, I've pretty much just purchased a couple pikes that were around 279 Base DPS (Vibro Lances). I am however looking to seriously upgrade my arsenal, since my damage seems sub par at best. My build, if its any help:
Master Brawler
Master Pikeman
Teras Kasi Master
0 0 4 0 Medic (For better Bacta Shot)
0 0 0 2 Fencer (Binding Strike)
3 Points to spare.
Obviously I can do much better than a 280 Vibro Lance (and thats sliced). I'm curious how I should go about getting said weapons though and what kind of ways I can approve the weapon once its acquired. I've heard the term Bio-Linking before, but i'm not familiar with that. I'm also aware of powerups, but I've never used them before.
Any food I should consume to help offset any negatives I accumulate during this process would be nice to know as well.
Basically, I'm looking for increasing my DPS. I know of the Kashyyyk Bladestick (Although I have no idea how to get it) but from what I've read, its main purpose is fighting jedi since its Kenetic damage (but inferior damage to the Vibro Lance). I've also seen what was posted above about the Poison Spike and some information about the Nightsister Energy Lance, but the same goes for those two items: Not sure how they stack up against each other and the Vibro Lance. So I guess these are my questions, in short:
1. How do I go about having a great Vibro Lance made with this 1000+ damage mark.
2. How can I improve my VIbro Lance once its crafted (In fact, how can I approve each of the four main weapons (Poison, Kashyyyk, Vibro, and NSEL).
3. What is the role of the Kashyyyk, Poison, and NSEL and how do they stack up against each other and a well crafted Vibro?
4. Are there any guides to acquiring the three non-vibro pikes (Poison, Kashyyyk, and NSEL)?
5. Can the NSEL surpass the Vibro since its a crafted item? Is it, in a sense, a better Vibro Lance that could in fact surpass it when well crafted and modified to increase DPS?
6. What power ups (and around what stats) should I be stocking up on?
7. What is bio-linking?
8. What food can I use to offset the negative effects of the power ups.
9. What speed when I hit C should I be seeing with my pikes?
10. In addition, I had anon-pike related questions I havent been able to get answered: What is the maximum Ranged/Melee defense?
I know, thats alot of questions. I apologize. I've searched for these answers and I can't find any solid guide or information. While I have the attention of clearly experienced pikemen I thought I'd go ahead and ask.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this. Any answers are very appreciated. Just trying to refine my equipment and my style now that I have a reletively complete template in the CU.
The best way to get a good high-level Vibrolance would be to check out your galaxy trade forums, as far as I know the best ones were LOOTED pre-CU. However, if you cannot find one you can get the Kashyyk Bladestick from the quest (the guide is in both the Quest forum and the Pikeman forum. The Item is Biolinked, meaning once you equip it, no one else can use it ever.
To get the most out of your best weapon, you can use Powerups (have 500uses). I get 26% speed reduction but have about -5 accuracy which can be countered by eating crispic food. You could also get 27% dmg Pups, this would lower your speed and therefore have a lower DPS than a speed powerup, but it would hit for more damage (obviously
). The only other drawback with Pups is that your weapon will decay at a quicker rate, so it may be a good idea to ADK it.
I can't believe no one has said anything about the Kaminoan Great Staff?
315 base DPS, 2.25 speed base speed, 473-945 base damage..
