ALL VIBROLANCES are 250ish DPS after CU
i heard of rare drop weapons but hey...doesnt Pikeman got good crafted weapons to use as master pikeman?
you cant do seriously pvp with a 250ish dps weapon while your enemy has a 500dps gun???
so iwhat do you think? is puikeman bugged and nerfed like hell atm and only swordsmans Powerhammer good for pvping? or what?

You seem to be comparing base and adjusted DPS on weapons. A 500 DPS adjusted pistol will have a 250-ish base DPS so there's not that much of a gulf between different professions weapons.
We have 2 lvl 54 craftable weapons so far , the VL and NSEL although the rarity of the NSEL really pares that down to the VL as a readily available 54 weapon. We seem to have 2 other master level weapons , the Poisonspike lance (looks like the art for the military pike and is random Necrosis loot i.e damn hard to get) and the Massassi lance which no-one seems to have found yet.
The first poster was indeed comparing base to modified DPS but the point remains valid nonetheless. The highest crafted polearm DPS that Ive seen is around the 260 range. As a comparison to that most of the good pistols are around 310, and if I had the millions needed I know of 330+, pre sliced.

you know... i dont think i like this LVL = Pike you can use.....

On another note.....
So, i havent played in a while, but, with this new Lvl thing = pikes you can use, Tell me what its like now. Before you chose the pike on its damage type, no so much that it did XXX amount of damage. Is this even viable now? or do you guys just use the best you can.
Yeah, I looted one tonight and can tell you that the new range is 0-5m like it should be. Still a pretty cool looking Pike though, IMO.
