Thread: Well my friends I fear we are becoming fotm =(
Well my distant cousins, it does seem as if you are becoming fotm...and I am glad for it
It seems we the former 2nd to the last broken profession of yesterday(We the Fencing community), have unfortunatelybeenlabeled with this tag as well. It used to bemyself and maybe 4-5 other Master Fencers on the Kettemoor server, now,*counts his fingers* a gazillion.
I sincerely hope more of them hop on the Pike bandwagon, perhaps you can manage to attract some of the l33t duds here to your nice little forum. You should see what the l33t duds(whatever you call them) have done to the Fencer forum...it's a former shell of what it used to be.
Seriously though, yeah, with the FOTM mantle, your forums will be filled with "What template works best"," I Pawned So and So", "I mastered this in xx days", and 300 different variations of the same question. Also the persons who who have been a part of the profession since day 1 will be looked down upon by the new crop fotm'ers, who really couldnt tell you what it was like to fight anything w/o buffs and 80% resistant armor. Do yourselves a great service and keep your secrets (if you have any) secret. Also thank the Dev team that you dont have an infernal Stun baton...bah...those things attract flies to, well you know the rest.
(Im just kidding about wanting your forum to become like the Fencer Forum now...more or less, this is a warning)

Yup, Weapon DoTs need to get the 75% reduction and they probobly will in the near future. Right now, DoT weapons can mean the difference between being able to slaughter groups of people at once with some profs, and not being able to do any dmg at all without any DoT weapons.
