Actually... just at novice with polearm hit 1, I can hit for around 2000 with a LVA. I just recently hit novice pikeman and havent had much time to test out a vibrolance(which I'll prob end up using more, as I'm a rodian, and who cares if the action cost is 88. 
). Its pretty common for me to hit zuccas, banthas, heck.. I've even hit giant sand beetles in groups for 1200. And that was with a LVA that was sliced for speed, not damage.
Im actually really looking forward to leveling up a bit.
Gonna max out meditate line in TKA, and with some doctor buffs.. I should be able to go to town.
