Yes, I can solo pretty much everything, save the elite of elite mobs.

COB is macroed, 1139 Power Hammer is power-up'd with an action reducer, armor is 6000 resists to all stats with multiple attachments, bio-undershirt & bio-bandolier with +16 melee/ranged defense each. Foods and drinks as necessary and my health crystal on deck for the sticky situations. Armor Break and Improved Warcy are always applied when fighting high end mobs.
