Well, forgive me if I am proven wrong, but in 9 months of making 2000+ buffpacks a week, this has been my findings, and my assumptions:
An ABEC has no effect on duration.
None of the subcomponents affect duration, as none of them list duration as a stat.
The problem is only OQ/DR of final combine ingredients.
For DR (the most important stat for Duration) you have a 300 and a 400 stat. These are very low, these are exactly what is causing your low duration. As a previous poster observed, you need to assess the OQ/DR index as follows:
DR 60%
OQ 40%
