Errm. I think it would fall under 'lightsaber certification' under a tree in the jedi profession...

"So I swoop upon the foe, and I will slay,
I will hew them into pieces, I will dash them into dust;
Like Baal in his strength, on their rearward, lo! I fell,
And I killed them, none escaped me, and I slew, and slew, and slew."

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure in one of the books it says he uses Teras Kasi.

ok a double bladed lightsaber is nothing like a polearm. a polearm depends on it's momentum to do it's damage and most of the time to polearms are highspeed bashing tools sept for things like the poleaxe and such. the double bladed lightsaber is a heavy swordstyle, becouse the only thing heavy about it is it's hilt. that and you can change it to one of the old swordstyles when your 1 blading it. heh

well he did take out cuiGon (sp?) which put a serious dent in the Jedi Order. Not to mention he left Obi to train Anikan and we all know where that lead...

But yea in the movie I would like to have seen his character developed more. He was certainly more interesting and exciting than the stuffy Count Dudoo.

The reason he didn't totally woop up on those2 bi.tches was because he had just got back from taking down tusken raiderson Tatooine when he got the call to come to Theed, so he wasn't at his full strength. It was in the Starwars Scrap Book. And I believe it, cus you know how hard he was owning quigon in the desert,(he got back on the ship and was on thefloor dying for breath).
Also Obiwan used his anger to defeat Darth Maul, if he hadn't,he would have been killed.

And uh, he probably majored in the double bladed lightsaber skill...
