Nope your probably not looking hard enough But they are pretty hard to come by now, unless you were lucky enough to keep all the mediocre VLs dropped from Nightsister.

I had a bunch of pre-cu crafted lances that converted to between 285-295dps. I also had a pre-cu looted VL that converted to 308base dps(this was an "ok" Vibrolance before CU), and recently bought one that was pre-cu looted and converted to 341base dps.

But as I said before, I don't believe DPS to be the most important thing for a weapon.
