Would it be better to slice for speed or damage on a long vibro axe. thanks

well i think the genral consencous is that speed is more important than dammage in lots of ways but the problem is that what one gets sliced is random, its not a choice. i like speed for the fact that i can redo a missed special or heal faster with a lower speed.

I'ld go with speed (though like stated above, it is completely random) so that I can make moves like lunge and sweep actually worth using.

Yeah, get speed, I use my 3.5 speed LVA for duels, and my damage sliced one when I just wanna see how hard I can hit something to break my highest hit so far.

so romeo.. what was your highest hit

If you are going by the number that perks over their head which is influenced by how hard they hit, but also bonuses such as if they are holding a rifle, it was 9230 something to a Tusken raider done with polearmhit3. My record with polearmhit2 was 6243.

i am the same way. I am an entertainer/pikeman and nothing make s me feel as good as whacking something holding a rifle.

I have been furious with my character recently. I have been using a vibro lance for about a week and a half.

and these past couple days i miss 7 out of 10 times.

I got down to near incapacitation from a chunker pest!!!! I started the fight with full health. Took out a couple of his freinds in single hit kills.

then....I just missed. Again and Again.

I honestly don't mind the missing so much. But the HAM costs are so huge that i do -170 or so to my Health and Action pools With every swing.

so if i miss 7 or 8 times in a row.

you do the math.

you know what i mean....you have been there.

We either shouldn't miss so much....or shouldn't have such high HAM......or it should only take like 1/10 the HAm it normaly would if we miss.....
