Just wondering what you all would think if it were to come down to a pikeman and a tka...?

Well, I'm a little biased, but ...

The pikeman would rule him.

Come on ... Before he's finished meditating on the spiritual side of the fight, the pikeman will have a stick in his throat. I mean, really.

Imagine when we get some really great player crafted vibro-lances ...

i plan on a situation like this never being a contest my template has me taking the TKA deffencive line so i will get all their resistances with all of a pikemans attacks.

basicly he swings at me and hits air and i impale him

The biggest thing you gotta watch out about them is that leg attack. That force's you to kneel. But as along as you get 3 -4 hits in . He should be dead.

How about as a secondary skill? I'm a CH and trying to figure out what my attack is going to be. I'm trying to figure out Pistoleer, TK, or Pikeman. I think Pikeman would be really cool looking. Tk sounds very powerful. And Pistoleer seems like it might be the best because of range and it's still decent up close.

I'm not certain if I ever want to be on the front line fighting. But the Pikeman do look fun.

I think it depends on who knocks who down first. Once your laying on the grond its all over lol.

TKA being faster will get the first try, hopefully he fails.

True, that is why I tend to lead in with a lunge, followed by a sweep, then any type of hit. I've been a handful of TKAs that way.

You heard it here first, a TKA himself saying his class is overpowered compared to the rest of the elite brawler professions.

Pikeman, Fencers, and Swordsman should get half the unique stuff that TKA do.

yeah lol... this is funny stuff. i have a TKA named Mephistopheles on Eclipse. i dont know if you guys have ever heard of this move........ knockdown

no one who has meelee skills has a chance against a teras kasi.

the first time you get knocked down you will not be getting up

oh and before you say you have knockdown also... you really dont. becuase TK have big defences to positional changes and knockdowns

TKA will destroy you. Thats all their is too it. At max power skill tech they hit so insanely fast that unless your first knock down works, you lose. Infact thats all it come down to. Who ever gets knocked down first loses.

The only hope is to hope he uses most of his action up and you get one of the lucky beserk hits for 750.

Although I will say it quite possible to win if you get some of those, especially if its to their head. Those trandoshan monks with 400 mind go down in a hit. But so do we when they knock us down and hit us for around 2000.
