check the post for new pikeman, there are lots of good things in there, the basics are though, get doctor buffs and head to Dantooine and kill huurtons, buffs are a must. Grouping won't do a lot of good unless they are a doctor since you will take the damage for the group and get less xp since others will do more damage than you anyway.

Also get good kenetic resist armor, mutant ubese works well

doc buffs, take up medic, kill torturs and pickets?

It is fun, even if it isn't as effective as it should be. Or maybe enjoying whacking stuff with a big stick is what made me go pike in the first place. But seriously, you will need medic and some good stim B's if you haven't got that already, track down an artisan to make you a bunch of good melee powerups, and get doc buffs whenever you can. Personally, I prefer full buffs and no armor besides a person shield generator, although I know many others can recommend armor that works well for them.

That's my advice in a nutshell.

Gohan, I also Mastered TKA and then Holo ask me for Pikeman.

Did u use other Holos ? I would like to compare.

1st Holo : Artisan

2nd Holo: Architect

3rd Holo: Teras Kasi

4rd Holo: Pikeman

I chose to be a pikeman too. I'd be annoyed if I had to be an image designer. Nothing against image designers, it just requires way more social skills than I have.

I don't find it insulting that he doesn't want to be a pikeman. I find it annoying that the way to open your FS slot is to go spend time doing things that you don't find fun. If it were even as simple as , "master any 10 professions," you could at least pick 10 that you might enjoy...

I think I'll give up pikeman for dancer...I'll hit just as often and I'll look better doing it...

You might consider mastering Merchant next (assuming your next holo is silent). There was a thread here a while back where several people had the holo tell them merchant after pikeman.
