How does this benefit / balance the creation of all-purpose repair kits? (I don't mind the change, I just don't understand why it was implemented in the first place.)

- Crafting an All Purpose Ship Repair Kit will now use artisan experimentation instead of shipwright experimentation.

Go check out the Emperor's Retreat on Naboo. You'll find on the balcony a Captain Thrawn. He is most assuredly not human. I won't ruin any plots, but in the novels after the original trilogy by Timothy Zahn, Thrawn is a VERY important man in the Empire.
Other races aren't banned, just noone likes them. Racism, not policy.
Oh, and Vader hunted Jedi because of the Emperor, because they posed a threat to him as they were not sith. He didn't seem to have a problem with Darth Maul.

the dance / music buffs dont appear to be working
i can get music but not dance even tho i watched and stopped watching

Yeah I saw this aswell on tatooine last night, drive 100m and rubberband backwards 50m
I just noted what another post said about dancers buffs, I wasn't able to get them either, only music buffs

Yeah im experiencing major rubberbanding. And the same thing has been taking place with other guild members as well. I havent tried the dancer buff as yet. If thats broken with this patch its a major issue.
