After many people felt that the orgional thread was constructive in that it bypassed the thing holding us down (i.e. the fourms). I'm going to addsome info onhow to inform LA about any issues you have with this game (pleas, in the future with them, only send them continuity problems, or ways in which SWG offends the Starwars Name). If SOE locks this thread like the previous one with the message "do not write letters", then SOE is a unique company in that they DO NOT LISTEN TO FEEDBACK! I now present you "How to Inform SOE of your Opinions"
1) Post your disastification on the fourms. This is unlikely to get noticed by developers, but helps shape the opinion of our beloved correspondant, which is more likely to get noticed. The use of the word unlikely is debatable here, especially since the developers have not posted on this fourm in many, many months.
2) Write a well-thought out email (use spell check, we want to seem intelligent) and use this link to send it to SOE via email. http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/submit_feedback.jsp?pag
3) Write Snail Mail to SOE. If you feel that the liscence is being improperly used (i.e.major breaks in continuity), send lettersto thesecond address at Lucas Arts.Snail mail is almost guaranteed to recieve a written response, and is taken into much greater consideration than email. The more people that write, the better. The more often each person writes, the better. Send all snail mail to

or
ATTN: Director of Domestic Licensing
Lucas Licensing Ltd P. O. Box 10149

On the envelope, write :"Attention _____________(insert a name from the list below, depending on who you wish to read your message)" in big letters (preferably red).(the CSR who gave me the info wasn't sure which one is in charge of development).
Kirk Black, Lead Designer
Kurt Stangle, Community Relations Manager
Haden Blackman, LucasArts Representative
4) If you really feel the need to, call this number: (858) 577-3100. Be advized it is in california, but it is the phone number to get in contact with SOE.
I will make changes to this as time progresses. As to where i got the mailling address/phone number, it is public here: http://sonyonline.com/corp/company_info/contact.jsp
Just as a final wrap up, make sure you spend time writing all letters, and make sure that the formatting is good (i'll look this up later). We want professional, well written comments/complaints, in large numberssince it is more likely to get a postive response towards our opinions. Do not flame the developers.I strongly encourage everyone to do the first 3, and only do the 4th if you feel the need to talk to a CSR over the phone

Kevin O'Hara is no longer the lead on the SWG project. Note that TH has been promoted to his position.

Well, it's been a few weeks after sending my letter to SOE and I still haven't heard a peep from them. Yes, it does have my address on it. Sad that a company as large as SOE can't even be bothered to send out a "your letter is very important to us" letter. Maybe it just got lost in the mail or in the reorganization of the SWG team. I think it's time to print out another copy and send it registered mail. Sure, only a secretary will sign for it, but at least I'll know it made it that far.

Question: how many letters would it take to fill SOE's mailbox?

With the end of recursive macros, why not write SOE a letter giving them support for taking a somewhat hardline stance on the issue?
