For the record,I worked at the other end of such an email address for a gaming company. You have a set number of standard form letters to respond to with 99% of the emails that come in - including such complaints as this one. No one other than some Admin Assistant that can't change the paper in the copier without permission will be 'seeing' your email (note I said seeing and not reading).
