sounding quite good actually, which, given the noise that is the other songs, is a major step forward

Oh I had a blast playing funk! I see good things coming from that one. I'm working on material for a concert with my musician, and you can bet I'll be working that one in.
I'm still lukewarm on starwars4, but I'm sure it'll grow on me.

I snuck in the NU cantina last night and had a listen - I agree, I really love Funk! Someone said it sounded "Kill Bill-ish" lol. I've never seen that movie, so I wouldnt know, but it sounded cool!
Starwars 4... it took the techno chid horn sound from Western and expanded on it!
Interesting... is it from the movies? I kept on thinking it was familiar but couldnt place it. Or maybe I am just having Atari flashbacks.
I liked it a lot too, but I may just be weird. /grin

Yes, it's definately from the movies. I can't recall exactly, but I think it's the song that's playing while Luke is shooting his first TIE's from the turret in the Falcon.

OMG I LOVE THEM!!!!
OK, Tiaga, you know me, I am one of the few people who actually loves SW1, so it should come as no surprise I love SW4, lol.
Seriously, I downloaded both (don't have an ent on TC with much ability) and sat here and just looped em.
I am soooooo excited about these coming to live!

Squeee. I'm so excited because my master entertainer/music knowledge 3 musician can play these... and get music knowledge 4 now that the ID SP requirements are lowered.

I like them.
My preference in musician songs tends to lean towards the slower type in game...my songs were always written to Ballad, Folk, Waltz, and sometimes Virtuoso. SW4 sounds very cool to me, as its similarities to Western are nothing but awesome. Funk...sounds a little busy to me. And not so funky, to be honest, hehe. That said, I will welcome them as part of my repertoire...albeit not in as heavy rotation as I was hoping.

Hey, thanks for posting this! Very cool to hear these. Both are good, but Funk does seem to be pretty neat.
