She no longer shows up as either a citizen or guildmember

it's been 2 weeks i believe. Her char was deleted during a reboot it seems. She's ticketed, called support, called again, we've all gone to the csr chatroom. "Send in a ticket ingame" "I can't help you in here" "It's impossible to restore" Blahblahblah, we all know its a falsity. It'd be really great if you could help us out on the high secret boards you have. Diziet has been with this game a long time, and its so unjustified that it is deleted, and the customer servce doesn't give a crappity about it. =(

Yes, her post dates to January 20, almost two weeks ago.

I'll be happy to post about it in the Correspondent Forum, but first can I make sure I've got the facts right? I have no idea whether the devs have the ability to recover a lost character in these circumstances. One theoretical alternative possibility might be for the devs to"rebuild" her -- create a new character named Diziet and level her up. I have no idea whether the devs have ever done that in Live, but I've heard stories that they have done so in extreme casees.FWIW, that's how we Correspondents built our characters on TC -- with an automatic level-gainer called a Correspondent Terminal.

So here's a list of what I know, followed by some questions. If you don't know off the top of your head, encourage her to PM me or post here. If you'd like, I can send him or her a PM too.

1. Character name: Diziet Sma. Can you tell me race and gender?

2. Profession: not sure. I gather she was a Musician. Can you tell me what skill level? What other professions? What skill levels?

3. Server: Eclipse. Does Diz have alts on other servers? If so, were they affected? Does Diz have more than one account? If so, were any of those characters affected?

4. Date poofed: January 20, during server reset?

5. Name of CSR contacted, and status of CSR ticket?

6. Any general inventory of most important possessions -- house, speeder, guild hall, cantina? I don't need a list of every CDEF pistol in her bank.

7. I assume any houses or buildings he/she owned have poofed too? Or have they?

8. Is he or she part of a Player City? If so, does city roster show her name?

9. Of a guild? If so, does guild roster show her name?

3. Server: Eclipse. Does Diz have alts on other servers? If so, were they affected? Does Diz have more than one account? If so, were any of those characters affected? Yes she has two accounts and the other account was not affected. as for alts I am not sure

4. Date poofed: January 20, during server reset? As I go down the list ive decided to contact her and have her answer this

8. Is he or she part of a Player City? If so, does city roster show her name? She is part of a player city checking now im at work gonna have to get someone to look

9. Of a guild? If so, does guild roster show her name? Same as above

3. Server: Eclipse. Does Diz have alts on other servers? If so, were they affected? Does Diz have more than one account? If so, were any of those characters affected? yes I have another account, no it wasnt affected at all.

I used to have alts on the european servers, but I deleted those as i never played them.

4. Date poofed: January 20, during server reset? yes, everything was fine, then the server shut down, Diziet was there when the server came back online, then wasnt.

5. Name of CSR contacted, and status of CSR ticket? I have spoken to various CSRs in station chat, I have mailed support, but I didnt actually submit a ticket until yesterday, which is when a CSR in station chat said it might help, up until that point, nobody said anything about submitting a ticket

6. Any general inventory of most important possessions -- house, speeder, guild hall, cantina? I don't need a list of every CDEF pistol in her bank. I had a large corellian house, a hospital, a food and chemical factory, a swoop bike, around 2 mill of resources, around 700k credits, lots of furniture and clothes

7. I assume any houses or buildings he/she owned have poofed too? Or have they? yes, the house and the hospital poofed when the server restarted the next day, the factory poofed due to lack of maintenance as I didnt have anyone else set up as admin

8. Is he or she part of a Player City? If so, does city roster show her name? im not sure if i am still listed as a resident of the city or not

9. Of a guild? If so, does guild roster show her name? same as a bove, im not sure if im still listed as a member of the guild
