Well, it still wouldn't hurt to see what kind of response she gets to a formal CSR ticket. One should always create a ticket, even if one has a live CSR sending one tells; the ticket gives you a chance to put your side of the story down in writing, and it can sometimes draw the attention of one of the CSR's supervisors. Although in case it must've been tough for Diz to create a ticket because, uh, there was no more Diz.
Anyway, even if the CSRs are saying Diziet can't be restored, "restoring" Diziet might not be the only option. Another possibility is to rebuild her from the ground up -- to create a new Diziet and allow the devs to level her up magically, and possibly restore some of her property.
Diziet, if you're reading: let me know if the CSRs respond to your ticket. If we don't hear anything in a day or two, I'll post the details, including the answers you've supplied, in the Correspondent Forum.

This is just awful. I'm going to go ahead and plead your case in the Correspondent Forum. I have no idea if it will be of any help, but it can't hurt to try.
One thing that puzzles me about the CSR response: how are you supposed to submit a ticket if your character is deleted? I could well understand not wanting to create a new character on Eclipse, for fear that filling that "slot" with a new character would prevent restoration of your old one. (By analogy: when my guildhall poofed, I went to extraordinary lengths to keep that plot of land free, in case the CSRs succeeded in making it reappear.) I will make this argument as part of my plea on your behalf.

OK, Diz, I've posted a moderately detailed plea on your behalf in the Correspondent Forum. I tried to include as much info as I had on the circumstances of your poofage, the details of your character and possessions, etc. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
One follow-up question: do you now have any character at all on Eclipse? E.g., a newb "Diziet Sma"? I happen to have a little-used alt there, so it would be useful to know how to contact you (or how the devs should find your character). My guy's name is Richard Starwalker. I'll log him in sometime in the next day or two; send me an e-mail so I know who you are.
In the meantime, may the Force be with Diz.
