I checked my macro just now and 5 flos in a row works on a live server. If something has changed on TC, then that is news to me.
Nothing has changed buff wise in months. The lastchange was in Pub 8 when it became that you could no longer get music and dance at the same time.
Flo limits are aproximately 5 every 8 seconds depending on lag. There is no limit imposes requiring pauses between them, however if you flo more than 5 times in 8 seconds the remainder are ignored. The listener must listen for at least 2 minutes, and at maximum flo rate it takes just over 3 minutes to flo enough to buff for 2 hours.
Details can be found here and in other threads as to EXACT times involved. I flo 5 times every 8 seconds and buff in 3 minutes 10 seconds. Its the "Patent Pending Fragpuppie Uber 3:10 Quickbuff" and there is an Old OLD thread titled the same.
