Well, the missions that people who PvE get, come from nowhere too remember.
The other alternative is to charge a fee to "/listen" to a band. The only problem with this idea, is that the afk performers would just be listened to for free.
Other alternative is the cover charge at the door. Problem here is, there are people who don't want to listen to the band.
I see the only option being the bar paying you, "from nowhere". Maybe they can sell drinks at the bar, that give buffs, and make chef's be their suppliers.

I want to know why our Esteemed Corespondant hasn't responded yet....Good news, I was stupid and remastered musician for the 3rd time, maybe the 3rd time is a charm. Lol harldy, 1 day and I already am reminded why I surrendered it the first 2 times....Sorry didn't mean to get off topic. But why hasn't NewJedi said anything yet? If he is our vocie to SOE, he needs to do his job and speak on this topic. ALSO as he can see, this is a very important issue to us, and I would like to know that he has shown this to SOE. Just any sort of conformation from NJ would be nice right now.

All due respect, but the notion that a musician only wants to sit in cantina and chat is just plain old wrong.

its simple when a person goes akf they stop gaining XP, and an accept window should pop up on all tips, when i first started a new character i recived several tips i didnt want because everyone saw me in the ugly marksmen starter uniform. some of us like to earn our own money and feel guilty taking free handout when we are perficlty capible of earning our own cash.

I would agree, an accept tip window would be cool too. I personally think deny service is dumb. We should get a pop-up box asking us if we wish to heal a person...That would solve afk performing and make it easier for us to pick and choose who we want to heal. Not all Reb entertainers like to heal Imps when the imps are killing rebs in the cantina.
