Thread: Help test the new Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base does a search on all words you put in the search area and returns matches based on percentage match.


Remember that we use the full name for professions so when you search look for "Bio Engineer" not "BE", for example.



For quick answers to many game play questions, you may want to first reference the knowledge base located in the Holocron Menu. You can do so by selecting the customer service option and then using the knowledge base tab. We have recently added hundreds of new FAQs and answers and more will be added more daily, so give it a try!

We should be honoredto beincluded on this feedback and checking. Do you think wal-mart will ever ask its customer base to help them design their shelving and product placement? Of course they ask for feedback but you won't see your feedback in action at wal-mart. But you'll see it in the knowledge base, only if you really have something helpful to contribute.

I would also be interested in reading a bit detailed background information on crafting and repairing:

Crafting:
How does the efficiency of the crafting tools and the efficiency of the crafting station or the droid affect the crafting process?

Repairing:
How does the quality of the repair tool and the current condition of the weapon and the repair skill of the one making the repair affect the outcome? What other factors (standing beside a crafting station?, repairing a pre-nerf weapon?) do play a role in the repair outcome. What is the exakt formula for the outcome of a repair attempt?
