I hate to say it but, as I understand it,the 10 questions were originally for the highly overlooked and disgruntled entertainment professions to get a little feedback. When it morphed into a free-for-all, ugh. Faced with 30+ sets of questions, it's a never-ending assembly line, and there's not enough time to answer them all promptly and thoughtfully. When no end seems in sight, there's not much incentive to start upon the mountain of questions.

Yep. Originally, TH just asked for 10 questions from the Musician, Dancer, and Entertainer Correspondents, I think. (Maybe ID too; don't remember offhand.) Then every other Correspondent wanted to submit questions. And now we have another version of 30 competing top-five lists, and another long wait.

Gah, I can't find that thread you started on bugs, sweatyclimber. Remember the one? You and a bunch of others posted bugs there, and I posted a list of about 20. Got a URL?
<returning to my regularly-scheduled searchiing through the Musician boards for it>

Thanks. I searched back 15 pages in the board, couldn't find it.

An improvement I wouldn't mind seeing is for musicians to be able to play the nalargon and the omni box without keeping it selected. It really sucks, you can't do anything else except have that darn thing selected and if you accidently do hit something else... you stop playing. Just a suggestion, but I think it has merit over some of the other issues in the list. -Blanchbaca

Here's some feedback on the questions:
1. When will we get new songs, instruments, and instrument sounds?
2. What are the devs planning to do to address unattended gameplay -- i.e., AFK macroing?
This question assumes that there is a problem to be addressed, that the problem is already defined, and that the devs all agree on how they should/will address it. A much better wording for the question would be, "Some Musicians feel strongly that AFK macroing should not be allowed, while others feel this is more of a feature of the profession and a gameplay option. Do the devs have an opinion one way or the other on this, and what is planned to bring AFK macroing more in-line with the dev and community vision for the profession?"
3. What new content (including post-Master content) do the devs have planned for Musicians?
4. When will we get the ability to buff ourselves?
This assumes that we should be able to buff ourselves. I strongly believe that even the concept of entertaining yourself is horribly rediculous, and would detract from the profession more than add to it. Better wording for this question would be, "Do the devs intend to allow Musicians and Dancers to buff ourselves? If so, when could we expect to get this ability?"
5. How do the devs plan to make Entertainer missions more interesting, rewarding, and worthwhile?
6. When do the devs plan to fix the theater so that one can heal and buff onstage, or even play the ommni box or nalargon on stage? [Question for Musicians: I haven't tried an ommni or nala onstage recently; do they work yet? -NJ]
7. What plans do the devs have to integrate Musicians into the GCW and game story -- e.g., with a Cries of Alderaan for noncombatants, or factional missions geared to entertainers?
8. Will instrument quality (i.e., Musician crafting experimentation) ever matter? Why can't it affectour buff, or the quality of our healing, or something?
"Why can't it" assumes that the decision has already been made on this. I think that better wording would be, "Will instrument quality (i.e., Musician crafting experimentation) ever matter? The quality of our healing, or buff strength have been mentioned as possible ideas for instrument quality modifiers - what modifiers do the devs prefer, if any?"
9.Why don't the devs ever post in the Musician forum, and what plans do the devs have for better communication with Musicians?
10. We Musiciansfeel like we haven't got much attention at all since launch. Is there a "big picture" plan for our profession? If so, what is it?

I dont even see the point in asking TH questions! He's just going to tell us that they have no plans for us whatsoever, no matter how much we hope they do, just like he did to the Ents.

That's just really not helpful.
