The reason for the preference of the Chidinkalu Horn is because it's handheld. So are the Bandfill and Traz, but the Chidinkalu Horn is the "highest" level instrument that's still held in the player's hand, rather than placed on the floor. The floor models (Ommni Box & Narlagon) are both really annoying to play while trying to buff because you have to keep the instrument targetted at all times or you stopplaying it. Now that you have to wait 15 seconds to start playing again, that's a real problem.

I frequently buff using the Bandfill, and have been known to use a Traz a time or two as well. It's always been the same for me, as long as I flourish 5 times every 8 seconds.

In our current Post Pub8 world what is the best macro you guys have found for doin the quickbuffs, and what is the shortest listening time that works using that macro that gives 2hr buffs?

I just found this thread and tested this on my character on Flurry and got great results. Im sure this topic has moved on to another forum somewhere, but I just wanted to thank Frag for coming up with this. His has made my dancing job so much more enjoyable, and profitable.
