How can we join together? How can we force the DEVSto listen? We enrage the player community and STRIKE! Maybe I am insane and certainly if you disagree with this plan it simply won't work. This plan is viable so long as all entertainers and dancers agree to it!!
Here's what we do!
1. ABANDON THE CITIES! ENTERTAIN THERE NO LONGER!
2. ENTERTAIN ONLY IN A PLAYER OWNED CANTINA.
3. CHARGE A 100K ENTRANCE FEE TO THE FACILITY..
4. ADD ENTERTAINERS, AS MANY AS POSSIBLE, TO THE PLAYER CITY CANTINA ENTRY LIST SO THEY PAY NO FEE!
5. THE OWNER OF THE CANTINA MUST AGREE TO SHARE THE FEES MADE WITH THOSE WHO ENTERTAIN THERE.
What will this accomplish?
Let everyone walk around with 1000 battlefatigue and see how happy they get! Let the masses work for us! Let them complain to the Devs about thier incurrable battle fatigue and let's have them fight for us!
We are being driven to the point of extinction in the game and the way we choose to play is directly being affected!Please let's UNITE so that we won't go unnoticed and so that no one will think that we will be appeased by a new dance or a new song!

Dude I don't think it will even come to this, those who are true entertainers will continue to entertain as they always have. Long as they do that their audience will help to support them through the tough times. It is up to each server's community to gether around the entertainers to preserve and protect them during this upcoming periond in which save for pure entertinament.... we will seem to be utterly useless. In which case we will be sort of like the "starving artist" bbut as long as we have a good support network on our server, we won't have to suffer through much while we wait for the devs to make us useful again.

I don't know why people threaten to cancel their accounts.
I've had 450 crashes in my current and first 3 months of playing this game. I have been enraged at the changes and nerfs that I keep finding out professions have been attacked by and are going to be affected by in the near future.
The mentioned method in the first post is a valid response, and a very effective method in such times as these. If the Dev's won't listen to entertainers of all types, then they will listen to the complaints of the Combatants.
Since BF directly affects several aspects of the combat experience, such as Incap recovery times, medicine use for people who just take novice medic to avoid dependence on healers, and the people who are getting their grinding done now with their Uber Buffs at the starports before CU goes live, this would greatly brind attention to the plight of all entertainers.
On Bloodfin, we have a Cantina in our player city on Talus. If I can get the guild leaders to consent to such ideas, then I will openly welcome this system. I do not own the cantina, and unfortunately our entertainer is one of the buffbot for guildies types, but I will see what I can do about this matter.
The Mind stat will not be inortant at all in the CU setting, because people can attack without using mind/action depleting special attacks. And, what's more, drinks would give a higher mind buff than that measly 10% ever could, which would add on top of the issues that need to be resolved ASAP.
