I'd like acoustic guitar and more acoustic piano.

I agree. I'de like the mandoviol to have more instances of sounding like a guitar. I would also like all of the instruments to have their own unique sound, including the ommni box sounding different from the bandfill. I'de love a bass guitar or something similar. A harmonica type instrument would be really neat.
