candy,wafer's and noodle's all can help regen your action and health stat's faster.

yep, lunge is a KD and it also has extended range (10m)- so if you're fighting a kiter, you can just keep spamming it until you know you're in range for a bigger hit or he falls flat.

I use a few foods. muon gold, pixie, synthsteak, Ithorian Mist, air cake and some others. Havent found anything that really helps with the action regen much.
